dim arc lights flex and glitter

 

sleep fails in the flux and flicker

 

fragments of decaying suns

scattered in the sky

burning out in slow repose

bleeding photons as they die 

 

and i will sleep tonight

and i will make this right

 

the hungry ghosts are let out to feed

radio bursts screaming in my brain and the deed
